⚠️ Order Issues
I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make sure to fix it quickly.
I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, address changes are unfortunately not possible.

Can I combine promo codes?
Only one promo code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated during a special promotion.
