How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse your favorite items, add them to your cart, and head to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout. Every transaction is safely encrypted to protect your information.

Absolutely! You can enter your discount or promo code at checkout before completing your purchase. If your code doesn’t apply, double-check its expiration date or conditions.

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the U.S. and to select international destinations. Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout.

Delivery time varies by location. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. International orders may take a bit longer.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

If your package seems delayed or missing, please reach out to us. We’ll gladly assist in locating your order and making things right.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure your item is unused and in its original packaging.

Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or size, contact our support team and we’ll help arrange it.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

We recommend following the care tips on your product tag or description to keep your item in perfect condition.

⚠️ Order Issues

I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?

We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make sure to fix it quickly.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, address changes are unfortunately not possible.

How do I use my promo code?

Enter your code at checkout before completing your payment. If the code is valid, you’ll see the discount applied instantly.

 

Only one promo code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated during a special promotion.

Most promo codes can’t be combined with already discounted items unless specified.

How do preorders work?

Preorders allow you to reserve items before they officially launch. Payment is taken at checkout, and the product ships as soon as it’s available.

Estimated ship dates are listed on each preorder product page. We’ll keep you updated via email.

Do you offer gift cards?
